– All Staff & Contractors: Required to act respectfully, challenge inappropriate behaviour,
and support a culture of inclusion.
5. Implementation & Actions
– Provide induction and ongoing training on equality, diversity, and inclusion.
– Include diversity considerations in casting and contributor recruitment for productions.
– Review scripts, storyboards, and outputs to ensure they avoid stereotypes and promote
fair representation.
– Maintain flexible working practices where possible.
– Encourage diverse suppliers and contractors in our supply chain.
6. Monitoring & Review
– EDI practices are monitored regularly to ensure compliance and progress.
– Any complaints or breaches of this policy are treated seriously and investigated promptly.
– This policy is reviewed annually and updated where necessary to reflect legal or
organisational changes.
